james nomand, ridgecreast, rto, investment in fast2fibre,{ we also have took a investment in the same sector) ,
dave tapolczay, c o ,of sgsc, francis knuettell, co , of murphys , ect in usa, the conuduit merger, both are asociates in the weed sector,
among a few of our investments and co's ,the off shore guernsey company props up, jr spac 1 ltd,
not long after our top up in mode, mode sold shares to j r spac 1 in guernsey,
yes , j rowjand is sole owner of spac 1,
a lot seems to end up in guernsey, lol
any way, of topic,
i decided to move quite a large sum of my vela investment for a short period over to , ncyt, and copl,i will be reinvesting, + with the profits from these new investments soon,
yes this is a ramp.

uncle jim,im reading your 682 post, and get what you are saying,but,if this is how it lies why did sgsc's shares just move over to conduit? and with the merger in us, they must be a asset as part of there portfolia,?
also, vela took a % in igraine at a very high cost, may be some one else was bidding for them to reach the price we paid, conduit?
did they decide to take laikers shares @ 0.04 instead? ( not proven but proberly)
why does conduit want a piece of little vela?
and retaining it.?

there is a massive web here and its mind bending to put in words,
top and bottem of it,( as i read/see it) a deal is proveing hard to find at sgsc's terms,
so,
indirectly,sgsc,as a charity are not allowed to be plc.
so ,they sell velas shares to them selves, conduit,
average down with laikers,
convince vela to take a stake in igraine,
then take it over the pond to get finaced.
