The question is, will Weshop have its app subscription accessible in at least Europe prior the football world Cup.

I don't think wecap will cash in, I honestly believe, wecap have another role to play within its investment in weshop, I think , a crypto treasury is on the cards, weshop will have its own coin and ,you will have a choice of selling your wepoints/ shares or convertible into weshop coin to trade on crypto market via wecap.
