Its called buying into a placing,

The Placing is at a premium to the expected rerate of a stock, at a discounted price to the discounted stock in question, in turn wecap get funds to pay of debt, the s/p is not effectively hit, but a dilution of the float of stock.

The % of discount is effected to profit to share holders, but in turn ,we cap will be debt free,

Buying into a premium placing gives the participants chance to average down prior to announcement.

So,

Its a fill your boots at present, as the less available for the participants to buy,( average down) the higher they have to pay,for anyone sat with funds available, its a no lose situation.

On the 22,dec, 2021, iamfire invested, £2mill in weshop,

( same date different year for agm)

Since those earlier days iamfire continued to support weshop, (financially), as time ticked on,iamfire changed its name to , wecap,

As we stand to day, wecap is sat waiting to reap its rewards for its financial backup,

Why name change so similar to your main ( only) investment?

If by November and weshop has shown its successful business plan, would you as wecap be happy to just cash in and run,(or) would you expect to be rewarded via a larger involvement of the international company you have helped to create.

The point I'm making, the name change to wecap being so close to weshop, may suggest, weshop have further plans for wecap.
