Quantum, my research indicates MKS own the site. I wonder whether they could be making a mistake creating office space when there is over supply as businesses allow /want staff to work from home. Its likely to prove a very expensive project so lets hope the sums are carefully calculated. Maybe apartments as well as office space. They are not due to start work until 2023 so a lot could change before then. JJ

Hi Chilting, perhaps MKS need to experiment with how the goods are supplied. So I go into a store and try something on and know the size that fits, and buy it. But instead of taking the item away with me it is delivered within 24 hours or less. This would work for me as I have got the perfect fit, and receive a garment that has not been touched by dozens of shoppers. After I retired I did a stint in retail, and shoppers came into the shop, tried an item on and went away and ordered online. My idea means that a store does not have to keep loads of stock in each and every size, just one of each size. The stumbling block is making it covid safe after I try it on in the store - how to fumigate it??? JJ

but it is a higher risk than some other shares you may choose. Whilst I hope to gain from each and every investment I make, its acceptable to me if some involve a loss. I am holding shares where in one case its shows a 1000% gain, some 100% and more 30/40/50%. And three a loss, i.e. AMGO, MTRO, VAST, with losses of 50%, 25%, and 70% but money wise its of no consequence. My portfolio is risk weighted, those most risky involve small investments, lets call them a bit of fun. Posting this as food for thought. JJ

I have a personal target of 225p to give a 100% gain. Very pleased with the direction of travel for MKS. I would love to work with the team now, they are constantly challenging the present, its the way I like to approach life. JJ
