If all formalities are sorted soon then the elections next year shouldn't be an issue. IMO if the formalities aren't sorted soon then I believe Heron will be put on the back burner until the election campaign kicks off and PM will be used as a pawn in the energy independence war. We could still squeeze in the work over until this seasons drilling window closes but not a great deal of oil will be brought to surface to be sold. We shall see soon enough. GLA
