There's a major revamp happening in the Saudi Arabian Healthcare system.
Under Vision 2030, the Saudi Arabian Government plans to invest over $65 billion to develop the country's healthcare infrastructure, reorganize and privatize health services and insurance, launch 21 “health clusters” across the country, and expand the provision of e-health services.
Loads of derampers appearing lol.
They can see this is about to move again.
I'm quite sure there will be plenty of upside from the current price, for existing and new shareholders.
Yes, JC is focusing on commercialisation of the existing tests at the moment. Later he plans to expand the ability of the Genedrive instrument to be able to do multiple test from the same device…
“From a pure development side as discussed my next focus is on improving the instrument. As before this will increase our ability to find multiple targets and develop other tests outside of what we have on our current horizon”
“For me the next step in our R&D is continuing to improve the instrument, if we can develop this from a single colour to a multi colour instrument we can identify more targets. This in turn allows us to be much more ambitious with our product pipeline.”
“Internationally we have just released local software languages in 8 countries so that the distributors can now sell the product and we are expecting our international sales to commence in early 2024.”
Regarding international sales JC said this at the end of November…
“Internationally we have just released local software languages in 8 countries so that the distributors can now sell the product and we are expecting our international sales to commence in early 2024.”
Allguessing, you sound like you’re talking about the Covid test days. We’ve moved on since then. MT-RNR1 is gradually being adopted in the uk, it needs specialist commissioning or NICE full recommendation before rapid adoption through the whole of the NHS.
The company is making very good progress with this unique and life changing test.
Missed out United Arab Emirates (UAE)
"Genedrive are thrilled to announce our new partnership with Babirus, the exclusive distributor for the Genedrive MT-RNR1 ID Kit in the UAE!" (Feb 23rd 2024)
Allguessing, you're referring to different products. The covid tests were a commercial disaster, but anybody who's been following progress with their primary product AIHL MT-RNR1, which has been years in the making will know it's a very different kettle of fish. Of course they've sold some, it's being used routinely in Brighton and Manchester lol, and soon across KSS regions.
Well for one thing the current distributors only received translations for the test documentation at the end of last year, before this they were not able to sell the test (as mentioned in presentation). In December the distributors purchased a batch of tests from Genedrive which they are using to promote and demo the the product to potential customers.
There has been sales progression in the UK, the Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton went live with routine adoption of the test.
We know from Cheek that as of November they are working with 7 other sites across the UK. We also know from the Linkedin comment that sites across Sussex, Surrey and Kent are expected to get the test by the end of this month.
More sales will come, I'm sure of it. Rapidly when we get Specialist Commissioning.
Regarding international sites, Cheek also said "I am sure we will have the test in routine use in a specific hospital outside of the UK before the end of 2024."
It's just a flesh wound! :)
At 5p you could bring that high average down significantly, rather than needing a 4000% increase.
There's been loads of great opportunities here over the last couple of years, it's always worth taking some off the table though incase it drops back.
At the moment imo, with the news we’re expecting and with clear rollout progress underway, it’s a great time to build a holding or average down.
It's been posted multiple times already that it seems apparent that Riverfort are continuing to provide funding which is extending the company's cash runway for several more months. We do expect to hear about FDA funding though once all the contracts and deals are signed with the FDA partners, JC was very excited about this in the presentation and eager to tell us more.
Alot of buys showing as sells, it won't take much to push this up further and resume the uptrend we've seen taking shape over the past 2 weeks.
Genedrive’s MT-RNR1 POC test is constantly popping up in new articles… another medical article here published 2 days ago…

Prenatal genomic medicine NHS genomic network of excellence
Genomic technology is rapidly transforming the type and range of genomic tests which can be offered, and with significant advances in therapy the NHS is able to embed prenatal genomic testing for rare and inherited diseases.
This network is set to bring together key leaders to drive prenatal genomic medicine services by delivering more non-invasive prenatal testing. The network will also develop evidence to expand the eligibility for fetal genomic testing, as well as review clinical pathways.
This NHS Genomic Network of Excellence will work with industry sequencing providers and will link with the Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH) National Institute of Healthcare Research (NIHR) Biomedical Research Centre (BRC).
Nobody has ever said January, it was always early this year.
Here's one of the news items for Q1...
"Genedrive MT-RNR1 System to be rolled out across KSS in Q1 project led by my colleague Dr. Aung Soe, discussed further today at Network Governance Forum."
The shareprice could reach 8-10p on that being announced imo.
Lol, no Guy ...the news that's due Q1.
Brilliant! Thanks Lionel!
I see plenty more upside here considering the positive news anticipated over the next few weeks.
Does anybody have a link to the linkedin post that included the comment about KSS (Kent, Surrey, Sussex) rollout by the end of Q1?
