rather than trying to scare investors give the nomad a call, get the facts then youll feel better about closing your shorts cos I aint selling cheap and I have some of the shares you need. new nomad would not have signed on if there was a material risk to the listing known at the time end of now pack up your shorts and off you toddle. 3p in 4 weeks imo

New NOMAD would not have signed up STGR if it was going to delist. Must try harder. I'm told a full statement will be made regarding listing but it is my understanding a non-diverse major holding in the JV and BSM will be ample to satisfy rules as ordinary trading co in the same space as it was this time last year

De-rampers make a point of coming here on the dips and painting a bleak picture. Before the BSM deal completed they hinted it wouldnt. Last week it was the 'bucket shop placing' rumours. On The timing of the shake downs is no accident, the timing of the de-ramps is to stop people buying into the shakes. Good news came both times after certain posters strongly suggested bad. Personal thoughts: - Is now partnering with proven experts in graphite mining engineering and distribution (Tirupati) - Has a relatively new BOD hungry for success here - Sold its previous asset to BSM for GBP8m in cash and equity - Secured funding for next venture from part of the BSM equity - HAS YEARS OF LOCAL EXPERIENCE IN MADAGASCAR - Will leverage that experience to get the new JV mine up and running - they now have the dream team to achieve that. My share certificates arrived yesterday. Was interesting to see on the certificate that the transaction to close the purchase of the shares occurred February 2016!! Which indicates my broker either sold me the shares short or they were sold short shares when I purchased?? (And would also indicate that there were those in the know last year, raking in from us mug punters??)

Unless it was yours Arminus I think there's a chance it is an actual sell - which is also good news in a roundabout way because they have properly upped the bid - the Wednesday when they pushed it up on the book you couldn't sell at 1.5p right until the close, but now you can. Wonder if they're going to drop an intraday RNS???

Well the day aint through yet, though if they drop an RNS on the closing bell I think it will be the final straw here - last time I saw an RNS 4:30pm Friday night was not a pretty sight Monday morning... Fingers' crossed for some much overdue cheer here. I spoke to another investor who had a reply from the company that the JV was as announced and "still very much on".

Thanks Arm - like you I have been researching VSA. I can't find ANYTHING that puts them in the same league as the Darwins and Bergens of this world - i.e. the kind of financiers who will rape a share into the ground for their dollar fifty in funding. And they seem to specialise in subsectors. So why the hell did the MM gap up down a full 0.25p off Bid and Ask on the VSA appointment RNS? It doesn't make sense we're back down here despite the £8m sale completing (subject to Tranche 2 and Tranche 3 criteria) and it certainly doesn't make sense to be gapping down on VSA appointment...

You say unloved and I happen to hold a speculative few of these as they do look underpriced although as a rule I don't bother with investing cos as I don't really see the point... For me if they can't/won't pay dividends then I may as well just invest my own money directly. Also re valuation it is important to note the investments in listed companies, when they are microcaps like PLMO there ain't a hope in hell's chance of them exiting that position at profit on current prospects. Just not the liquidity in the market for that share. Which was why I asked the question earlier about end game for Polemos. There must be one, because as it stands at the moment it looks little more than a cash shell in need of a project. Wondering if the Paternoster BOD are looking to RTO one of their unlisted investments into PLMO, that was my first thought when the holding's RNS dropped and why I picked up a speculative few.

I would say with the shenanigans on the book, jumping on and off bid and, presumably, stomping on ask later into close the MM are shaking ahead of an announcement tomorrow on the JV. I also asked Brett last week if JV news had been delayed, he said no he expected the timetable as published but I guess the NOMAD change is related and they wanted new NOMAD to make the announcement, again reading between the lines the old NOMAD didn't seem to give clarity on what level of asset ownership and control would satisfy LSE rules, or at least Brett didn't seem briefed on that, so one of my working assumptions is that new nomad will offer clarity? So yes I'd say news tomorrow is 3:1 on but I don't know for sure

yes I known 1.5p buying, 2 are mine ;) been here long enough to believe the current BOD are a change for good and happy to sit a bit longer for the Lohorano Bass tranches and the JV mine. Yes the next news could be a sugar coated pill but it will be like a dose of medicine that will get us back on our feet

Here we go. I suspect 1.5p on bid is a fake price right now, no one willing to quote to sell at that price. If there is news this week, say Friday, the MM could have learned. I suspect it might close at this price then they shake down tomorrow drop bid to 1p so it's spread 1/1.5, pick up a few panic sells before the news on Friday? Can never say for sure but if this plays out something like this then I'll take a bow later

BTW - try a quote for 100 shares, I get 1.48p. Try any more than that and it jumps to 1.5888p Deflation on the ask would suggest a background seller, but since numbers 1, 2 and 3 de-rampers have been showing their faces I would also entertain the thought that more news is due THIS WEEK and they're trying to dampen the market in advance of closing on shorts opened over 2.25p last week. contraindicators a plenty! posted the other week on a shake, i bought 1.75p sold 2.25p on top of my substantial lth (play money pot) bought today 1.5p - the upside here is not just bass rising. JV deal in the wings. This is an A1 graphite team in charge today. CP has all but gone.

Anyone any the wiser why PRS would want to hold a slice PLMO, a seemingly unremarkable bordering on dormant investing co? I've been through and discounted pretty much every conspiracy theory surrounding the purchase (PLMO shares were purchased with PRS shares, there would be an angle there, if it wasn't for the fact the PRS asset/sp ratio makes PRS look heavily undervalued right now) What can their angle be???
