Should they be worried when the president of one of the most powerful nations on earth says climate change is fake news and reverses measure to slow it down?

Still they will have a result in bringing the subject to the forefront, as far as lithium goes I'm not relying on concerns or fears around climate change driving the demand more like as Tony Seba points out green is the colour of the dollar and that's the green that will drive the adoption of transport and energy.
