Apologies if I'm repeating anything previously posted it's just my interest in HAS has grown considerably in the last week or so.

Wind turbine order capacity increased 31% in 2018, I don't need to mention EV's we are fully aware of the ramp up there.

I would imagine after the news of the NAIF financing possibilities other interested parties might emerge.

I don't believe Peter Secker and DL saw eye to eye on the Tesla deal and perhaps to nullify it they just ignored the milestones set by Tesla, the main one I believe was the production of lithium hydroxide which Peter Secker has repeated isn't their intention at Sonora.

On the condition that, over the next two years, the Sonora Lithium Project reaches certain performance milestones and successfully passes product specification qualifications, Tesla - or its authorised purchasers - will buy lithium hydroxide to feed the manufacturing of batteries at Tesla's Gigafactory in Nevada. One of the key milestones will be the confirmation that the Sonora Lithium Project will be able to supply lithium hydroxide in accordance with volumes and timeframes to be established by Tesla. The Supply Agreement has an initial five year term commencing from the date of the first order by Tesla, with an option to extend for a further five years.

I don't know why you mention my post is bull, it was the opposite it was as observer842 has posted, more of a near miss because DL was very keen to supply Tesla when he was involved.

The Board is of the view that the increase in HAS's share price and the significant increase in the volume of HAS's securities traded on the 26 March 2019 reflects Wesfarmers Ltd's announced hostile bid for Lynas Corporation Ltd on the day. As a result of the hostile bid all publicly listed stock in the sector rose. HAS is the next rare earth mining stock (outside of China) coming into production in 2 years' time and therefore rose significantly.

Maybe Southern Copper 'Grupo Mexico' or the interested Chinese partner will become evident, although no certainty its BCN.

However Southern Copper did imply it was the operator who would decide either way, is there a Chinese offer?

He said Southern Copper had not made an offer on the lithium project in Mexico but that "there's also a Chinese company that's interested. The Canadians will have to decide whom to accept."

So is this Chinese company already in negotiations, is the article intentionally ambiguous or perhaps sour grapes?

Intriguing, and at the same time if the bod is aware of this would they feel justified in the placement knowing there's good news on the horizon?

Nothing to base an investment decision on just pondering upon recent news.
