News of financing will come with news of a deal ..........
It puts me neither up nor down if others do not agree with this, as I am fully loaded and have no need to add further at whatever the price, having already added 1% of the shares in issue @ below 1p ;-)
DYOR
Agreed, Panmure are insiders and know exactly what is in play and what is ahead
This alone confirms PEL29 licence extension is not an issue, otherwise Panmure would be duty bound to highlight the fact, which they have found no need to do so
What is apparent, is the multiple references to a potential deal and the fact we are drill ready
Should be a very interesting week ahead ;-))

There could be an announcement on Tuesday from Maggy Shino regarding a Corporate deal and a farm out deal. If so it would include PEL29 adjustments
"At the Africa E&P Virtual Summit, a delegation of governments and industry leaders will hold three exclusive roundtable sessions on Liberia, Ghana and Namibia’s oil and gas future. Each country will be making announcements on the latest adjustments to any ongoing licensing round bid terms and insights on subsurface potential and exploration activity."

Another point is Panmure would not give a valuation including PEL29 if they knew it was going to be relinquished. PEL29 is the star attraction ;-)
Kosmos is a US mid cap oiler, that is strapped for cash
Here is a list of the blocks ......7 in all and a maximum of $200m will be paid if there is a commercial discovery
$28m per block is s simple valuation, without looking at the potential per block
https://www.oedigital.com/news/481532-shell-buys-kosmos-frontier-exploration-assets-for-up-to-200m
Of course GBP has two blocks with over 4.5Bln bbls of potential....there is your read across
Shell has just bought out the interests of cash strapped Kosmos in Frontier basins for a $100m plus a contingent of a further $50m on a commercial discovery
Under the terms of the agreement, Shell will acquire Kosmos' participating interest in blocks offshore São Tomé & Príncipe, Suriname, Namibia, and South Africa (the "Assets"). The consideration consists of an upfront cash payment of approximately $100 million, plus contingent payments of $50 million payable upon each commercial discovery from the first four exploration wells drilled across the Assets, capped at $100 million in aggregate. Three of the four wells are currently planned for 2021.

PGS just announced that it has completed the 3D acquisition in the Angola side of the Namibe basin
"The 2020 PGS Namibe Basin survey connects the 3D seismic coverage of southern Angola with PGS seismic data library coverage in Namibia, completing a large MultiClient footprint of high-quality broadband seismic data that spans the Namibe Basin."

Agreed M, there is another one in the other place trying to disrupt, it all points to one thing news is coming ;-)
I was looking at the recent deal Azinam did with OK Energy to gain an interest in two South African Blocks in the Orange & Algoa basins
They swapped shares in each others companies......no cash changed hands...interesting
