The next focusIR Investor Webinar takes places on 14th May with guest speakers from Blue Whale Growth Fund, Taseko Mines, Kavango Resources and CQS Natural Resources fund. Please register here.
Basically, if you’ve not used this year’s ISA entitlement, you can
A) Put £20k in your ISA (if you have the spare cash) and buy that much EUA (currently around 350-400k shares), then sell your 300k to give you some cash back.
B) Sell your 300k, put the funds into the ISA and repurchase (you’ll probably lose a % or 2 depending on the spread) – this is called a bed & ISA – your broker should be able to do this for you.
If you have used this year’s ISA, you have to wait until next April (but buy in your normal share account if you want).
Best regards, Jim.
Hi all,
I saw a few posts earlier mentioning what people had predicted for a full sale - not sure when the last time this was posted or updated, but (because I'm a sad individual with time on my hands while I work away from home, I took a copy) here it is. GLA! :)
Hi all, invested here a long time ago, obviously, like many I was caught out when this delisted and my money along with everyone else's is in the ether somewhere...
I keep checking in here every so often, hoping for a tidbit of promising information but can't decipher much recently. Obviously there's been many court appearances with ZM vs Hope vs FRR in various courts in various continents.
So, does anyone have a clear idea (without trawling through hundreds of posts) of what is happening and the chances of FRR (as it was) ever re-listing to give us a chance at being able to sell anything???
Bearing in mind, initially, this looked like several on AIM and had the potential to multibag at the time of investing and now, what, nothing???
Thanks in advance!
Read this on Fool about our suspension:
"Until I know the reason for the suspension, I won’t be buying shares in the company."
Yeah, no ****, that's what suspension means. You can't!!! :D:D:D:D:D
I for one am very hopeful in a positive outcome. Been here 2 years, happy to hold, but would prefer the endgame to be revealed... GLA!
Gaza, you're as deluded as Putin if you believe CO2 is responsible for climate change! Utter b0ll0cks! 80% of industry and travel stopped last year, for many weeks, CO2 level continued rising at the rate it's been doing for years!
Pollution is bad, yes, but our CO2 emissions mean nothing. Plants love it!
Sharegar, fully agree with you, it could be a fair bit higher than 200Moz equivalent. Trying to imagine their 8.33% discounted rate. We can only hope! But if it is that level, why the **** are we in the low 20s??? Come on MMs, let it fly!!!
PWLX, I don't buy this 'CO2 is responsible for global warming' bull****! Especially, as electric cars are being FORCED on us! Chemical, river and human pollution is bad, CO2? Plants love it!
So, while I can still drive a car powered by dead dinosaurs, I will enjoy as long as possible, cos in a few decades, the ******s in charge will make it illegal...

If you are that concerned that you may be locked out (a suspension RNS appears inbetween your bed n ISA transaction), you could always take out a £20k loan, put it in an ISA, buy the shares, then sell your non ISA shares and pay off the loan a few days later - max cost would be a few days interest/admin fee...
Just a thought...
