I don't even think they have cut operational costs like they are pretending.
Exert from RNS 13th June 2016;
" Year-end pre-tax loss for the year ended 31 December 2015 of £6,303,000 (2014: £3,761,000) includes losses associated with previous unsustainable B2C strategy, investment to facilitate transformation into a B2B corporate wellness provider, and the following exceptional items:
o Impairment of stock £736,000 (2014 - £48,000)
o Write off of software development costs £569,000 (2014 - nil)
o Legal costs £594,000 (2014 - £742,000)
o Share based payment £473,000 (2014 - £67,000)
o Returns Provision £216,000 (2014 - nil)"
So if they are about to announce £3.2m losses as we think it means they have shaved a mere 15% from the operating costs. In other words they have done nothing from either a cost savings or revenue point of view that will have any impact on the business.
They are an absolute disgrace.
