Short term (3 months) - surely it is obvious the SP is on a knife edge right now?

Good new contract RNS = Boom
Poor YE or dilution RNS = Crash

Impossible to call either way. In my mind 50/50.

High risk/ High reward and not for the feint hearted!

Long term (18 months +) - great potential.

So my logic says that we are 18 months away (YE 2020 results) from understanding revenue Vs margin.
What are your thoughts?

I cannot imagine that Bids are running this business without knowing what margins they might achieve but I can imagine that they would not want to disclose their margins.

You are absolutely correct. Apologies and I will limit my responses to the aggressor in future.

For the record I do not think this company will fail and have never said that. To the contrary, it is a great concept but will take longer to generate significant income than most people are hoping for. I think the cash will be dripping in rather than rolling in right now and even if they achieve the full £10m revenue from the new contract they will be lucky to see 25% which will not sustain the costs. This means that need probably 2 more similar contracts to be in the black.

My frustrations are that any new money is nervous of YE revenue and dilution so this should be addressed one way or the other as soon as possible so that they can begin rebuilding the SP. These + 10% one day and - 10% the next for no reason are only a sign that traders are profiting from emotion.

JD has made some amazing achievements but they have been overshadowed by some poorly chosen words and actions. He can rebuild trust over time by being crystal clear and considering his statements more carefully in future.

I cannot answer on their behalf but I can tell you that many people feel misled by the CEO of BIDS.

He can do what he likes with his own money but when he puts himself in a position of responsibility with other peoples hard earned cash he must act responsibly or accept the loss of confidence and criticism.

He has taken advantage of his position and AIM. He would not get away with his behaviour in the private sector. Shareholders of privately owned company's would fire him if he behaved this way. Unfortunately he has no one to answer to.

Choosing between my morning coco pops or frosties causes me more stress than anything you have said.
But I do think you need to tone it down a bit. We are all entitled to our own point of view even if it is not aligned with yours.

I do find his constant bullying of me intimidating. Every time I post anything he attacks and insults me, even when I don't post he still bully's and insults me.

Tonight he has really hurt my feelings.

Are you sure? If that is true that he sold at 20p and bought back in a few weeks later at 13p he should be strung up! Is it legal?

Helix, I find it very strange that he doesn't put his £15k back in if he is so confident?

Correct me if I am wrong but have read many times that the take over must be at the minimum of the highest SP of the previous 12 months?

there is a difference between trading and dirty trading

Would a "dirty trader" be someone who ramps/ deramps in an attempt to move the price in a certain direction so they can carry out a dirty little trade against what they have been advising everyone else to do?
