I’ve had some intel that you may want to know my thoughts on you losing your money?

These are my thoughts

I think there is bad news coming in terms of YE turnover (sub£1m in my opinion) which is not all built in to today’s SP. Cash needs raising soon and this will mean a dilution. However the biggest problem could well be JDs credibility in front of clients and partners. If they look at the BS and foggy communication he has given to shareholders they may be nervous that he will do the same to them.

If Bids can get past these problems in the short term it has great potential.

I think you are doing what I would do if I was in your shoes. Not sell just in case good news land’s first and not average down just yet in case bad news lands first.

Just peas me off that AIM directors can spout what ever rubbish they like to drain money out of honest people with no consequences when they have clearly lied or mislead.

I see TW has Bids in his sights again today. He has been spot on with Bids so far.

-10% is the perfect situation for traders to profit from those who are in love with this share.

There is a comment on JD's linkedin article titled "A brief reflection" from someone who calls them self Mark Ball and says he is a bank manager at Lloyds bank for 33 years. He accuses JD of "leaving shareholders high and dry" and "There are lots of angry backers out there who feel you have spun them a yarn".

I hope he is not the company's bank manager!

Very disappointing that Jimmythespiv did not bring the news he mentioned in his podcast.

If I was the person responsible for placing business at one of these potential clients I would not be putting my name to any assurances he made me.

I'm afraid he did say 3-4 months. He also said early Jan.

I think every sensible investor accepts risk of delays, additional funding and dilution. It is plain faced lies and manipulation that they do not accept.

Another possible downside to JD's behaviour is that potential clients may look to his previous statements and assurances to decide if he always delivers what he says or if he likely to over-promises and under-deliver?

Is he trust-able to do business with ?
What do his shareholders think?

This could effect their confidence to do business with Bids.

He needs to get a grip sooner rather than later.

I think you are right that at some stage there is a tipping point where the product/ service becomes widely accepted in the industry and big money could be available. However, Bids are in a very delicate situation right now as there is both good news (plan A + any other contracts) and bad news (YE and cash position) to come.

The short-term difficulty they face is do they release good news first and let the SP rise then fall? Or bad news first then let the SP fall then rise? They cannot win as either way round they will face accusations and criticism.

I also think JD probably believes what he is saying when he is saying it but that is not good enough. He needs to consider how realistic what he is saying is and what the consequence’s of not delivering on his words could be much more carefully.

They need expert consultation on how to manage communicating this situation and future messages as I do not think the chairman or CEO have the shareholder empathy required to guide the company through this tricky time without facing further backlash. They urgently need to rebuild investor confidence.

Longer term they have a good concept and this has great investment potential.

His latest podcast was his chance to state "I am sorry for over promising in the past. These were the reasons ...XYZ... I will not do it again" and it may have been accepted by some. However as soon as he said "early Jan" he had to deliver in early Jan.

It is 17th today, that is not early Jan. He is running out of time to retain any credibility.

JD has lost the confidence of many and is certainly testing the patience of others.

He doesn't have many chances left before he becomes viewed just like many another AIM CEO's who lived their fantasy at the expense of others.
