Cannot recall exactly why NEM walked away from EG's back in the old day's, ie Not at This Time etc. So, why have GGP been so very keen to get back there?

If we do have a good hit.. I would fully expect to see the SP increase substantially IMHO.

Re a 17% spread, obviously at this moment in time sadly, we MM's don't want to buy any shares right now we have plenty thanks, and will await further news to make a nice profit. Such is the world of AIM, no wonder its market is collapsing.
