Because the North Sea has been the centre of attention over the last 40 years that's why, it's only really as of late that companies like Quadrilla and IGas have started to look onshore, plus all the planning hassles, that will it would appear be slowly overcome as Brexit moves forward. :)

Agree in part, but my thoughts on this have been of the following.

Suppose HUR do not recommend selling off the 'Whole Science Project' as you put it, ie just a fraction at a time, as the asset is proved up, and becomes more valuable, and enhances shareholder value etc.

In other words it might be argued tha,t as the value of the assets are proved up/realised over time, that in itself will command a higher value per share obviously but........

In reality how would such a deal work? ie, complete T/Over via a cash offer by asset and then a special dividend to share holders? , a complete takeover might not happen and HUR moves on to pastures new?

Well today's IOW , RNS is at the very least, good news for UKOG shareholders in moving forward with the companys future development.

On the topic of the IOW, how many LTH's remember the poster 'Newchurch' on this BB, with his incessant 'Scandic like postings' :0)!

Arreton is actually next door to 'Newchurch' and don't forget his imaginary Brother', Lol! (He must have also known about the oil?)

Bottom line is this ...........there are a lot of anti-oil activists out there, be they in the IOW, or wherever, whom see UKOG as a threat to the 'Windmill Industry', aka Offshore Wind Farms.

Be prepared for 'Flack' when the IOW starts, imo.

No worries, there is a lot of functionality if you want it, eg download Excel sheets of your portfolio, a weekly update e-mailed to you, alerts, charting if that's your interest, technical analysis, etc.
