Don't forget ,this share does have a history of volatility, and it is fairly reasonable to assume that we have seen a distressed seller, selling no less as Cahus has already pointed out earlier.

For me I'm just haning on in here, for until we actually know for definite, nothing has changed for me IMHO, and progress in achieving Sandbox approval is still on track as far as we know. One good thing about this share thank God is this is not an AIM share, so chill out!

Not kicking myself at all, the reason I'm in profit is simply because I got in early, sold some and bought back again and increased my holding with an average now of 0.3 of a penny.

Shareholders own the company other than the companies creditors.

2.If the BOD were as you postulate able to convert into something else of value, shareholders would also own the same as the BOD as they are also shareholders etc. Not sure what it is that you are trying to convey other than spreading unmitigated fear, or is it FUD?
