Agree 100%, GST are NOT another Bitcoin miner or crypto miner as such, but rather a company that is using 'Blockchain' or the Distributed Ledger technology inorder to proofstake your ownership of a transaction.

This is an important difference and the technology is slowly being adopted for GST via Coalculus and the setting up of payments system that will be backed up by hard Fiat currencies £, $, or whatever currency is chosen.

Lets just imagine NCM were to delay or even walk away from Havieron.

Negative cash outflows for NCM would I am sure increase given the cost of maintaining or even decommisiong Telfer, so for me I can only see Telfer as a positive investment for NCM right now, given the short term path to production in 2024?

First of all ,what leads you to that conclusion given what has already been invested in Havieron by NCM, how many fractions of millions to date??, and given the fantastic drilling results for Havieron so ASFAIC your uncertainty is totally unfounded.
