I would have thought that it was in AM's interest to announce the successful purchase of CUDA's US assets, prior to any further CR to fund Fed Deep drills post August.

I DID receive an e mail form Cathy Hume yesterday, however all she said was that the Receiver was managing the process.

The Purchase Agreement is being put together & the Court Hearing is being booked.

In any event wwal, we will know shortly!
