I have gone as far as I can with the appointed Receiver. A LOI has been signed, following which a Purchase Agreement is prepared & Court ratification within six weeks. The Court decision will be posted on the fti website.

It really depends on what nuggets AM throws into the mix on Wednesday. I never thought that I would say this , but a further CR may be a good thing ie CUDA is ours & paid for!
