You can think what you want D45 - the Farm-Out will provide cash to pursue other projects and for ongoing expenses. Future drilling costs will be met by the Farmee in exchange for an upfront cash payment and a percentage of future profit. Don't forget that this will probably happen twice in the next six months.

Why would we need to cash raise off the back of the above? Answers on a postcard please.

We need consistent trading days @ 50-100M to move the SP North. I can only think that investors are being ultra cautious after the HRZ episode, and awaiting some semblance of positive news.

IMO,iIt is the Conventional FO which will do the trick. The end of February will mark eight months since the Data Room was opened, and eight months is the time it took OSH to thrash out a deal with Armstrong.

Keep the faith and watch the story unfold.

DW did say that 2019 would be transformationall" - here is a definition:

"a complete change in the appearance or character of something or someone, especially so that that thing or person is improved"

This is an extract from the Operational Update on 20th December:

"In summary, the HRZ shale remains prospective and will continue to be a focus for 88 Energy in order to unlock its considerable value for shareholders. Work currently underway is expected to be complete in 1H 2019 ahead of commencing farm-out proceedings."

There is NO mention of an FO in H1 2019 on here or anywhere else I believe. IMHO, the timetable is being accelerated as this is "the right time to deal"

Why????

The new HRZ development is very positive - NO previous mention of targetted in H1 2019 and drilling in Q3.

So just to summarise, consortium drilling WINX this month, Icewine Conventional FO by 31st March and HRZ FO by 30th June. I will leave YG to your imaginations!!!

FOMOFO x 2 - investors will be arriving in droves to get a piece of the action before the SP shoots Northwards.

We have an impending and hopefully successful driil @ Winx, and TWO targetted FO's in the next five months - I might be wrong, however I don't think extra land is on DW's radar unless it falls into his lap.
