The Tax Credits due to us by the SOA, have absolutely nothing to do with PMO. This is relief due to Alaskan Explorers, and which is covered by a Loan.

"The debt maturity date moves to December 2022 from June 2018, and the loan has now been assigned to FCS Advisors (doing business as Brevet Capital Advisors)."

Once the Tax Credits have been paid, the Loan can be fully discharged.

By the way, I REALLY have 6M of these, so I will be ecstatic when DW sells up or the SP reaches 39-78p in accordance with the statement he made @ 0.39p. With the advent of Premier Oil, we are NOT alone anymore and risk going forward has been mitigated. We have a free ride on the drill ad enough cash for the time being. I am hopeful that DW will make the trip to London next month, to fill us in on the Presentation, and we can drill him on the question of a CR.
