Given the upcoming sequence of events ie POO and PTD permits, Ice Roads, Mobilisation of Rig, I cannot envisage any negatives before spud. DW's Presentation next Friday will probably coincide with full PMO sign off. I wonder whether the $23 will be paid upfront or in stages?

If you are thinking about a commitment here, then go along next Friday and ask questions. It is a great opportunity to see the whites of their eyes, and form your own opinion regarding success/failure.

IMHO 1p will go quickly, and it is anybody's guess where it will be in February.
