Its a Take or Pay agreement to commit to advance purchase of x quantity of a bulk commodity in advance. Eg polyhalite coal oil etc.

Have FG made some industry relevant statement lately? Or are you just talking in general terms about their recent success in opinion ratings and general attitude towards getting investment / infrastructure up and running?

Does anybody know if this project has ever featured as a TV documentary or news item? Struck me that it would make an excellent piece for Countryfile given the products relevance and the excellent way the company is carrying out the development in such a sensitive area. Not to mention the huge economic benefits to Yorkshire.

Funny the way the price drppoed back today and then 5 mimutes after close a massive buy gets filled at a cheap price.
