Is this is their idea of "Full Steam Ahead"....spinning everything out for as long as possible? I was at the AGM in May 2017 and they stated then that they were working "full steam ahead" on permitting and consents and procurement for Barryroe, and the only tangible progress is a submission to do the Site Survey and that only went in a few weeks ago! No wonder investors are selling off in droves and there ain't many new ones coming in.

Yeah...totally agree. Never fall in love with a share and get too greedy with your expectations. Made a handy couple of grand here so will stand back now and see what happens. At this level...if I was on the BOD I would be seeing an opportunity to do another placing...so decided that a bird in the hand is worth 2 in the bush.

Any news on this venture? Been a while in the pipeline...

I notice that in recent weeks there has been a massive increase in the number of deleted posts on this board. Presumably abusive or trolling items. Probably a good thing...but I wonder who is behind this increased vigilance? I'm thinking maybe PVR may have made a complaint.

Hi Manyana. That's an interesting find. I was not aware that there were 4 wells planned, only 3. Was this survey application notified via an RNS? I can't recall seeing one. What I did find recently on the Kinsale Energy website, are some quite detailed documents concerning the decommissioning of the offshore and onshore facilities, including how this work is being phased. Obviously PVR and partners would not need all of the infrastructure that is there at present. I have been mulling over all this and wondering if the Kinsale Energy decommissioning works present any clashes or indeed any synergies with future work to develop Barryroe.
