Everybody seems to be fretting about the anticipated RNS which hopefully will confirm that the agreement has been signed,sealed and delivered. My prediction is that we will get an RNS which will be along the lines of: " all is going well towards final sign off of the agreement by all parties, however some final points of detail remain to be ironed out, and slight delays have been encountered due to travel restrictions and other covid related issues. We expect to update the shareholders quite soon once these have been resolved". This will probably appear tomorrow. That's just my opinion.

Yes..I agree. I would imagine that the farminee has been awaiting a clear and unequivacable proof of ownership of the entire asset by PVR / LOGP prior to signing on the dotted line. So its another hurdle out of the way. Lets hope the minister now gets his ass into gear and signs off on the survey permit pronto.
