This is clear by the opening price this morning. I feel his share price will be discussed in years to come by investing community as to how to it rose to dizzy heights and as we are witnessing the rest is history. Astonishing how the BOD appear to be not phased by this. It will all become clear soon I hope.

Becareful. Several days ago, a poster on here slapped my wrists for being a numpty for not understanding the difference between acquiring shares and purchasing shares. ( Mullis and his half million quid worth). The above note is clear he acquired 10000 shares. In this context was he given the shares or did he purchase them himself using his own personal funds?

If it was Novacyt, I am sure they would have to issue an RNS as this volume would (assuming they are not charitable freebies) have a material impact of the business (gosh I sound like Porky). It would be very good news if it was., but I am not deramping but suspect it is not. Happy to be proved wrong.

Not sure if this company is known to the group. They are advertising Gold Standard PCR . I have sent an email to them asking who is the manufacturer. If they reply I will share. Their website suggests many test centres, results within 24 hours.

If anyone cares to look at the app Flight Radar, it is obvious hundreds of thousands are flying now, this very second. It is a no brainer that the need for testing is with us all, all over the world, not just within the NHS. Novacyt sales reps had better be on the phone and selling these gold standard tests, and the American team need to be securing mega contracts. Every little helps.

Prevents them from doing so

I think we all agree that directors buying shares will be seen as a positive. Is it possible that they would very much like to but are in possession of information which parents them from doing so. This may be the case at this very moment in time, which needs to be viewed as a positive.

I think many people are missing the reported final accounts, as butcherbike above points out. These figures are published, and must meet a standard, I.e. it has to be truthful and based on fact (I guess to a degree). Therefore, what has changed.... ........The CEO goes and is handing over to his relief. If it was more than this, the BOD have a legal obligation to say so by way of an RNS . My 5akebon it. Hope I am right.

I am not a detective, nor an accountant, bit a very concerned shareholder, in the shi*te and drowning slowly. Do you honestly think the directors would have agreed to hire all the newbies willingly knowing the sales figures/ numbers are not going to support this rapid expansion in terms of new hires. I would be amazed if they would have done so.

If they, the Board have some news which is not very good, and impacts the business, we are told here that they need to share by way of an RNS. There has been no RNS to this effect. Not sure what is going on, other than it is very frustrating.

Be careful, I got accused of spreading negativity an hour ago. Of course I am feeling negative, sat on a 6 (SIX) figure loss ffs. Fark all to be smile about....

Why on earth is this dropping? Supposed to be selling products, hiring more people, told that Covid is not going to just vanish, and our value is not keeping up with the reality of the situation.
