They're still desperately trying to stop this rising, all this needs is a bit of buying pressure to counter these MM sells and it will pop.

This can't buy a rise at the moment, even off the back of being lumped in with travel ( wizz up 10%)
Very tight range again, very low volume, maybe some buying/selling behind the scenes.

Not over 0.5 but probably plenty below that.
They are AT trades for ridiculous amounts eg 600 sell just took price from 28.18 to 28.02, 600 x 28p is £16.40 sell in real terms, that's not PIs its mms .

Same as last 2 days, several small sells far more than buys, driving price down. They're desperate to keep this under 30

They couldn't do this if they were charged for every transaction!

Well clearly the yanks don't like the appointment.

Totally agree, I've been watching g the trades since yesterday, far more small sells keeping it below 30, I mean what's the point in selling 300, 2000, 6000, 2300 etc etc, the amounts are hundreds in monetary terms but its doing the job.
Maybe the shorts don't want it going above the 200 MA because that will attract a lot of buying.

Always happens like that, RNS x multiples after you sell.
Dammed if you do or don't.
Some days I'm happy with writing off my whole portfolio until at least FY 23 when hopefully the world will be a bit better.
Then other days I see the light when I can see break even on a particular share and my fingers start getting twitchy.
Then I think about a series I just watched, the undeclared war.
Well worth a watch, very true to life and quite possibly a reality in 2024 ( it ends with possible direct UK/Russia conflict and rigged 2024 election through Russian hacking.

I'm in exactly the same boat as you, been averaging down since December and holding since last March, but now have a boat load of shares here and no funds to play elsewhere as fully invested. Which is why I'm going to have to try extremely hard not to sell some when I finally break even at 32 just to have some funds and diversify a bit more.

Just had a look on stockepedia and there have been a fair few IIs adding since June , however I don't recall seeing any RNS for them.

I make that 86.5 million shares bought since June.
Can someone check and confirm I have that right because that's over 15 % increase in II holdings reported on stockepedia.

The only person gambling here is aim.
Because eventually this fy there will be a material debt reduction visible in the numbers, and even if this share trades between 20 and 30 until then, big deal, because when the numbers show debt reduction, profitability, we know what will happen to the sp.

This will never happen, British people are too lazy to get a job.
I used to work for Herts County Council and they outsourced half a department to Serco 10 years ago for what was supposed to be short-term 5 years. Guess what they're still there.
Barnet will never find the staff to fill those roles and do the work. IMHO.
For all we know these could be contracts with poor margins that CPI might be happy to lose in 4 years. You can deramp all you like but CPI us turning into a leaner outfit that will be ve profitable.

Actually looks like a contract extension to 2026 which will be on more favourable terms to CPI if you analyse it.
Happy days at least for the next couple of years.
