Even though the trade was at the same price, the direction of the aggressor determines how it’s labeled:

If a seller initiated (sold into the bid) → trade is marked sell (–).

If a buyer initiated (bought at the ask) → trade is marked buy (+)

It's just a matched trade showing both sides
