VX is right I'm afraid, otherwise the existing shareholders would hold approx 2 million, you can't have it both ways .

Slightly miffed that Paternoster are entitled to 10.6% of our I3 shares as well, we haven't had the chance to increase our individual shareholding after suspension on a ( seemingly) dead cert 50% uplift on i3 IPO when it lists as they seem to have had.

So we will own 9% of the company not 100% but effectively the newly expanded company will be worth approx 1000% more so we will still have the monetary value but not the %tage we had.

Yes, thanks Show.me a very informative post. I doubled up a few days before suspension to average down, was a little worried at the time and mentally wrote the money off so I'm more than happy here now !
