So without our share certificates, what we had is now worthless? We were never given the opportunity to have our share certificates because the deadline date was exceeded. This sounds as though it was done on purpose, surely? Screw us over one last time...disgusting.

It's either that or give Omar the chance to walk around the desert with his diving rods. SOU didn't want to deploy his skills and nor have they listened much to the kind offers that have come their way from Chuckle Energy plc.

What are they exactly doing over at SOU HQ today? No new news at all this week, just idle chit chat and a few rogue sentences coming from Sarah. No Q3 presentation updated on the website either and the continued radio silence. They better not be thinking about going long and taking out a death spiral loan because that will simply be greatly criticised. I don't trust silences such as this one. All the alarm bells are beginning to go off inside me. The very same ones that resounded over at MYSQ before the proverbial hit the fan. No...I don't trust this silence and my patience has been tested this week despite what I have said in recent times about being patient. Parsons needs to come out of his bunker and speak to the troops. Either he's just about to wow us with an amazing deal or shame us with a death spiral loan. I wouldn't let the drill bit anywhere near Mitchener again. I wouldn't trust him with a hand drill. He can't even buy SOU shares on time either.

On the subject of which......time for a dump!

We at Chuckle Energy plc are flattered, or should that be frittered? that you once invested your hard earned money in us, but you may as well have thrown your money down the drain. We're not an outfit to invest in nor work for as Crudehope will confirm. We are just a downmarket, downstream, onshore methane extraction company. In other words we buy and sell hot air, or farts to be more accurate. The free fez is akin to the LE. It is merely a lure to keep you interested.

My broker is II and after reading some of the posts from earlier today, I am now very worried. I never contacted them to ask for my share certificates and it appears now that is a no-go due to a deadline date being surpassed? Oh great! Some advice would be very welcome please from those on here who use II and know what to do....?

£400k buy. Now there's somebody with deep pockets. Maybe an II? The recent low share price has I guess been an opportunity for shares to change hands and the share register to drastically change. It appears on the face of it, that II's are hoovering-up the shares from PI's that are selling them. Hold on to your shares. Don't let them take them away from you. However, I suspect the SOU BOD are happy by the change in share register. Maybe they think it has been to PI centric?

Re-rates occur very rapidly with this share. I've been in it for a couple of years now and realise there aren't a huge amount of shares in circulation, which causes the spikes when good news lands especially. I can't see any reason why this shouldn't correct itself and return back to at least the 20p's at some point soon. We're way, way undervalued down at these levels based on the value of what we own / have. In time, this one could quickly become one of the darlings of the AIM.

I agree with Portsmouth72. It looked like somebody was hoovering-up as many shares as they could get their hands on today. Whether or not today and potentially tomorrow is the precursor to a takeover offer will wait to be seen. At least today was #excitingtimes and it certainly made me feel #pleasantlysurprised. You can see what I mean when I describe the share price as an emotional litmus test. DocHoliday injects some positivity on Twitter and the bulls charge in. I don't think it was a pump n dump from what I could tell looking at the trades. There wasn't much selling and any selling would have probably been people top slicing who bought in during the 7p's to free-up a bit of pocket money. I am anticipating another positive day tomorrow and hopefully Friday. There appears to be some decent sentiment surrounding this share all of a sudden. I'd be surprised if we don't get a RNS before close of play on Friday.

Don't take my answer as fact. It's pure conjecture like most of what I say. Thanks for the compliment though!

A RNS may have been logged but not yet released. Keep a close eye on things today as somebody somewhere knows something positive.
