You heard what Crude said after his visit to HQ. Something along the lines of James still seeing a disparity between our perceived value and the current share price. That alone got my interest. Don't let anger and frustration cloud your judgement at this 11th hour. The RNS we have been waiting for could be just around the corner. I think it's worth the risk buying at these levels in the absence of any negative news.

Pontcanna - fill your boots at these levels, bud. Just think people should see the current share price as a good opportunity to top-up and / or average down. That's all.

Parsons is hiding from N4aPound in deepest, darkest Sevenoaks. Either that or he is in Barcelona speaking with either Enagas or Repsol. Crude mentioned he was just on his way off to Barcelona. He's probably back by now though. Somebody said JJ was in the USA? Not sure who he would be seeing over there, but sounds interesting nevertheless. I'm more concerned by the whereabouts of Trellis. Not a peep out of him for a number of days now. Hope all is well with him.

PNE - look at the share price!!! Sub 7p and people are STILL moaning and groaning and fighting each other on here??? Come on everybody, fill your boots. I didn't think we would see sub 7p with just weeks to go before we learn our fate. If we have a no deal than yes, I do expect to see the price fall, but right now we are still on track and nothing has changed. I tried to help people earlier today and then found myself not topping up and not following my own advice, so I had a cheeky top up. Dropped my average by 8p and got a glut of shares for my worries. The Horst alone is worth multiples of where the current share price is. People seem to be acting all upset and glum but the savvy investors are topping-up and averaging down now before the fireworks begin....literally.

Chuckle Energy plc, the downmarket, down stream, Cypriot onshore methane extraction company is DELIGHTED to announce that earlier today, both JezTheFez and Simonthezealot purchased a sizeable amount of shares in SOU, increasing their stakes and considerably lowering their average share prices. JezTheFez, CEO and Chairman, commented, "I was pleasantly surprised by today's share price movements and thus decided to purchase a considerable amount of extra shares in SOU in order to increase my stake and lower my average share price. Simonthezealot also took the opportunity to top-up, which puts Chuckle Energy in a very compelling position come the LE. We will now see what James Parsons of SOU can deliver us and look forward to our man, many multiples and #dreamsinthedesert."

Indeep - the eventual offer price doesn't have much to do with the current share price. There is a clear disparity here even when you take into consideration the value of the Te-5 Horst alone. Savvy investors are topping-up and or averaging down at these levels. The risk / reward is very compelling at these low levels. Loads of trades now going through as I type this. I did mention earlier today that the MM's ought to spice things up and create a market again and fair play, that is exactly what they have done so far today since my comments. Fill yer boots is what I say. GLA.

Gekko - who knows what may happen, but expect a RNS either this week or next letting us know if we have received a bid. JP was very specific about it taking approx. 30 days for a follow-up RNS to land asking us to all to vote on it. That doesn't leave us a lot of time does it? You do the math! Let's get this party started in here.

Gekko, if Parsons can eat a mince pie in October then he can hold a party for us all in January! I'm away during the first part of December anyway, so hope to be booking my 3 day Hotel stay in London around the LE party, wherever and whenever it takes place. I am hoping that I'm going to need a couple of days after the event to sober up.

I still think we should hear something this week / next due to what JP said to an investor about a RNS asking us to vote on the offer being put to us 30 days after an initial RNS referencing that a deal had been made. By my reckoning, that could mean we may get an RNS this week or next detailing that we have been made an offer. Then in early to mid December being asked to vote on the deal with the LE Party being some time in January or even just in time for Christmas if we get our skates on.

Time for a cheeky top up? Maybe Crude managed to get his top-up away after all?!

Indeep - I still think if/when an offer RNS comes in, which I am anticipating will either be this week or next then the majority of us will be #pleasantlysurprised. One thing that Crude did mention after he came away from his meeting with JP is that JP gave the impression that he still sees a huge disparity in what we are worth versus the current share price. There appears to be a disconnect, which is fair enough. If we base the offer just on the estimated value of the Horst, then we are way, way down on that in terms of our current share price. The share price has and always will be just an emotional litmus test.

Have a play of that video again. That interview with Malcy and JJ. He alludes to being excited about releasing a RNS if/when it eventually comes.

I already have a bottle of Bollinger sat in my room on the top shelf waiting to crack open. However, who am I to turn down more champagne? I know Trellis wouldn't approve as he is more of a wine drinker and just views champagne as "pretentious, unnecessary and too gaseous."

Just wish that a genie will emerge and make our dreams a reality.

50p to £1 seems to be the price range, which people are expecting and in most cases, hoping for.
I believe that we're worth closer to the £1 than we are 50p, but time will tell. I'd multi-bag at 50p so I wouldn't be that glum, but I think our assets are worth more. I still maintain that I'm expecting the offer per share to be closer to the £1 level than down at 50p. Each to their own though, I guess. Nobody is right and nobody is wrong as we sit around waiting for the next bout of news flow.

I'm trying to reinforce the point that all this waiting around would be worth it should Parsons manage to deliver us a deal that "all stakeholders" are going to like. I really do hope we are all #pleasantlysurprised and not in a bad way. JJ told Malcy that he can't wait to deliver the RNS that is going to make us all smile. Well, let's see what happens and whether or not we're smiling or grimacing at the end of it. We haven't got long to find out our destiny (apparently), but it's very apt how we are fast approaching the pantomime season. Oh yes we are......oh no we're not!

Goza - BM even stating what he was purported to have said was wrong. He shouldn't have been telling a PI about when the deadline date was for receiving bids. This is information that surely should have been RNS'd for all investors to see? Don't try and defend him and make me look stupid.

Soundingoff - that email reply that was purported to have been made from BM may not have even been sent or was just made up for all we know. However, it's just another example of a timeline being stretched. If a timeline can't be kept to or adhered to then why state one in the first place. The same is true of this so called "marketing process" where JP has been seen to comment that at present he is guiding for the process to conclude before the end of the year, which I suppose could be anywhere from now up until December 31st. It may have been easier if he had just told us that the marketing process is continuing and that the market will be updated as soon as there is some news to inform us of the situation. In my opinion, it seems likely that they will need to borrow some more time. I appreciate these things sometimes do take time, but don't play with PI's emotions and keep them hanging. This whole process has been a demonstration of not how to treat your investors if you ask me. We have been dragged along for 6 months like flotsam on a tide. Meanwhile, the BOD have become richer and richer. This was not how our fabled LE was suppose to be like. This is akin to waiting on death row. The only thing that will salvage this dire situation is for Parsons to deliver the deal of the century and that means a sale price per share of at least £1. That would make everybody happy I reckon. I still wouldn't shake his hand because of what I have said in this message. This has been no way to treat us PI's. For that he will never win my respect back. He did have it at one time, but he will need to try harder if he wants me to trust him again. End of rant.
