I'll repeat: if you believe the value of the Te-5 Horst alone (not taking into consideration everything else we have) is worth at least 7p then why not top up and increase your holding? It's not necessarily about what your average share price is. It's about how many shares you are in possession of come the LE. JP has access to the share price register. He'll know where to pitch the deal so that "all stakeholders" are content with the outcome.

Look at the chart. The general trajectory as of late is down. The daily dip has already started too. It's looking southwards again and you must be blind if you can't see that. It's going to take another juicy RNS to drive above the 3p mark again. Random tweets from EUA is appearing very desperate IMHO.

Rong, I will take delight in reminding idiots like you then when the share price retreats again. It has retreated most trading sessions. That's all I am pointing out. The excitement on here is palpable, but reality has a tendency to bite you where it hurts on AIM.

I'm not having a pop at the fundamentals, Stockdale. Far from it. I'm just watching the share price movements as of late and it's the same patterns emerging day in, day out. The rise to threaten 3p and then the inevitable drop off to 2p. More news is needed by way of RNS to create the next major rise above 3p and the EUA BOD know it and hence why they keep on tweeting every two minutes to keep mug punters clapping like seals.

Jarv- at the time 5p looked likely. That was when the price hit 4p. Why it dropped to 2p soon after is crazy, crazy but that's what happened. It's going to take a concerted push to keep this one above 3p I think at the moment.

The EUA are desperate to have the share price rise so they can all get their Christmas bonuses. That's why they are tweeting every two seconds. Things are going take time here and they know it. Proceed with caution.

I'm not sure that is the case. This share is too toppy at the moment. This is AIM. Share price corrections happen all of the time. This has been overhyped and over traded between the 2p-3p zone by the silent majority. The bubble has to burst sooner rather than later I reckon. Proceed with caution is what I say.

A drop back down to the lower 2p zone is inevitable here. It's not getting much support where it is right now and is not really pushing beyond 3p. No more compelling news and inevitably the share price will lose momentum IMHO.

I haven't being "buying at the bottom" as it has turned out. I have topped-up on the dips. Right now, we are in a dip so make use of it while you can is what I say....before it's too late. The chances of you surviving beyond Christmas luncheon is pretty slim at the moment. Especially when you sleep amongst pears each night. Eradicating you would be like scoring two goals in two minutes. Not only do I get to eat Partridge, but I get to have pear crumble and homemade pear vodka. I was just about to appoint you to the Board of Chuckle Energy plc as 'Head Of Pragmatism', but I shall refrain from doing so, in fear of cannibalism.

People need to have a think about the risk / reward here very carefully. Have a think about what I have said because if you are thinking that you may miss the boat, then now is probably a good time to get in, average down, top-up etc. My brother and I are now fully loaded. We both agreed last night that yesterday was our final top-up. We are both now very content with our holdings and will wait to see how this one concludes. There's still risk associated with how this may turn-out, so always DYOR, but IMHO the risk / reward at these share price levels is probably worth it. In short, if you believe that the Te-5 Horst is worth more than circa 7p then top-up. If you don't then I can't help you. Good luck all.

I doubt the share will be placed into suspension during the 3 weeks up until the subsequent RNS lands, so the share price will probably see some violent movements and swings, with the general trajectory an upwards one IMHO, given the fact that an offer would have been made. People will want to pile-in, in anticipation of there being a decent enough deal. Of course, some will trade the rises and falls, but that is only normal. That is why I made the decision to top-up yesterday when the price was sub 7p. I don't want to be one of those scrapping with "the herd" for more shares if/when we receive a RNS stating that we have been made an offer. I can foresee the share price possibly returning to the valuations of the Horst that were made by that independent body and who knows maybe higher. 25p-30p range I would have thought on news of an offer.

Yes Curly. That is what has been "guided" at the moment by James.
I think we'd receive a RNS stating that we have received an offer or offers. Following this, approximately 3 weeks thereafter, we would receive a subsequent RNS with the full details of the offer, the BOD's recommendations to accept the offer and details for how to vote on the offer.

James - yes they would have to RNS that I assume. Such a RNS may not land until 1st week of January though because technically speaking, the "marketing process" is running until year end. They may even decide last minute that they need more time and to extend the "marketing process" for whatever reason they deem necessary. This again will need to be RNS'd, which JP has already mentioned to us on more than one occasion.

Well found, SoundingOff. People can read your message, which contained in it is the explanation about payments owing on a change of control. I was mistaken when I commented that BM would qualify for 12 months worth of salary. It is in fact, 8 months worth. Interestingly though, a change of control could refer to a number of scenarios as per your last paragraph.

So people who think that there is no incentive for the BOD here not to strive for a 'change of control' are mistaken. Best let them get on with their jobs and deliver us a decent LE.

They could be selling the whole company or just the EM assets. The two scenarios have been on the table during this "marketing process."

There is a clause that exists somewhere that on sale of the company, JP qualifies for 18 months worth of salary and BM and JJ qualify for 12 months worth of salary. That in itself is enough of a reason to get us sold off to the highest bidder. Rest assured, JP is looking to get the best possible deal for us. Not long to wait now. Topping-up yesterday sub 7p was a good move I think.
