A lot of support at around 500p and triple bottom forming on the chart. October 22 and December 22 the other two "bottoms".

220k shares just changed hands during the UT. Most of those were on the sell side of order book. But for every seller there is a buyer...

I agree, Todays rise for ASC was read across from THG. Certainly some of the fund/companies short on ASC are also short THG by similar %. Some them nursing losses tonight!

This is absolutely being held down around 700p for the funds to buy back their shorts. Looking at level2 data, lots of buy orders at 700p keep getting filled.

Some huge off book trades published after the close today, taking the daily volume to almost 9m shares traded. If correct would make this the highest single day trading volume since 2016 and 6% of the total shares in issue changing hands.

New short position declared yesterday of 0.50% by Squarepoint Ops LLC. Brave move and already down 13%.

So who's selling then? Surely anyone selling now (and in the last 24hrs) is selling at a certain loss as the price is at the all time low.

The transformation target of £6 stated in a previous RNS is interesting. But it would be easy to do a share consolidation and turn 90p in to £6 a share almost overnight, with no actual increase. Same as what happened in 2020 with the 15-1 consolidation.

While I very rarely average down in shares, I am tempted to bring my average down to the price RDH bought in at, on the basis he's unlikely to sell at a loss and would probably (possibly?) agree to any takeover offer equal or greater than his own original stake value.

On L2 there doesn't appear to be much left on the sell side to go through. Probably why its stabilised at this level for now.

Cash at Bank & In Hand: £662.70m, up from £407.5m in 2020 according to 2021 annual report.

Don't worry about them needing to raise cash.

Went to Sainsburys in Redhill, Surrey yesterday. Car park was almost full, shop was very busy with trolley checkout queues down the aisles as not many were open. Plenty of sales going through the tills, just a lack of checkout staff. Oh and they'd sold out of tonic water. Then again it was #NationalGinDay yesterday.

It depends why you feel you need to sell out rather than hold? Do you need the cash or can you afford to wait? Remember its only a loss if you sell at a loss. The company is fundamentally solid, its just been hit by worldwide events like many other companies. There are far worse stocks to be in than ASOS.

Guys, go on Instagram and search for the hashtag #ASOS. There are 4.5 million posts alone from people tagging ASOS in their selfies wearing their stuff. They've got 12.9m followers on insta. The 16-30 brigade want to look good regardless, and summer is just around the corner. Their core audience hasn't gone anywhere, social media proves this.

Marshall Wace still increasing their short position, up to 2.31% now. I'd like to see them start to unwind this before I add to my holding here. That would be an indicator of a possible bottom to me.

Just checked the trade history. Her trade went through as a single trade of 20750 @ 1249:42 yesterday. It didn't move the market one iota.
