mac4671,
"While that goes on WK heads into processing ore due to the weather, the income stream is turned on bringing much treasure to the company and all.
I think this is the final piece missing in jigsaw. Time for James N. CEO to prove his past credentials as COO and start to convert WK treasure into cash and to truly show buyers under FSP to pay up or we can grow this baby to a mining monster ourselves.
James Nieuwenhuys, CEO statement in the Binding Agreement RNS. He is going to roll out EPCF structure already in place for MT to the additional assets. Would I be correct that EUA haven't triggered the Sinosteel contract, agreed Dec 2019? Why such a long wait to build mine at MT? I think this is a strong indication of a sale so the new buyer can come in and provide the capital investment funding and allow EUA to hit the ground running to build mines at MT and additional assets without the complication of managing a 3rd party Sinosteel contractor. Also JN has been CEO since the boardroom shuffle last Sept. This period would have be needed for JN to get to know the EUA business intimately, build relationships, and build a mine production and operating team. Also any FSP would require locking in key personnel, including JN, for a period to ensure business continuity. I think JN with his CEO and COO experience was moved into CEO position as he was probably acceptable to all bidders. Also probably why DS moved aside so he can have a clean break on the sale. Also 2 years for the additional assets under binding agreement is not a long time n the mining business. Sale will need to happen pretty soon to allow new owner(s)\JV to take advantage of the opportunity. I don't think EUA can do it on their own due to EUA having only £6m in bank and large capital investment requirement for new EPCF structures for the additional assets, unless cash starts rolling in from WK. Thoughts?
Monkey70, Wish I had spare funds to mop up more kippers at these prices. Alas, I must satisfy myself with my holding at higher prices and currently at paper loss. Happy with my holding and very confident this will come good. It will be profits and they will be gladly received at whatever price the FSP concludes at.

18 Aug RNS. US$10m equity placing (the "Placing") with institutional investors at a price of 22.5p per share, which is equal to the closing price on 17 August 2020.
Brokers must have put together a very convincing case\brief to ii's to indicate FSP was going to be way North of 22.5p for ii's to fork out full amount without discount.
Recently, ii purchase from AC @29p further underpins FSP offers point to a higher price.
Holding to the end, thank you very much and GLA.
Quant\Gecko , Thank you for sound advice. and 1 lesson learnt today. Gecko -Noted re research and DD. I rarely speculatively invest. Only invest in a company if all the ducks are lining up. This company was in my radar before suspension. When ii paid up full 22p that got my interest up. Fully researched and DD as best I could , couldn't see a duck out of line and came in around 18p. Haven't stopped since then adding, adding adding to the shareholding. Since I first researched, everything since has been moving in the right direction. Even had the strength in my own research and valuable research contribution from other members like yourself on this BB to hold through last weeks shakes. After massive paper losses last week, glad to report wife s holding is back in profit and my holding not far behind. GLA
Quant, Love it. Never considered that as a approach to investing. When derampers come out, and if factually all remains same with the investment, buy buy buy. When the rampers come out , start looking at top slicing. Otherwise as per Wallstreetbets ; Hold, everybody just hold.
Just had thought. BOD by releasing the RNS this morning, indirectly confirmed that they were in agreement with PI's that the SP had fallen to far . After the DFS release and confirmation of non-binding offers; any reasonable man, BOD and PI's would have expected the SP to move higher and out off the 29-31 trading range where it has been stuck last few weeks. I don't know what you all think but it has me convinced that non binding offers are at least in the price range indicated by the Feb ACF report and probably easily little higher taking into account further RNS's since the ACF report release.
Hello BOD, After yesterday's bloodbath, I know you are working hard to achieve the best Sale Price of the company for the shareholders; but in the meantime any chance of details of the approved DFS for WK (world class mine) tomorrow, please. Much needed to get the wind up in them sails and inject some good feel and excitement and get those II's and funds buying to propel the SP forward, Thank you.
In hope, LOL
Veles were happy to invest in EUA @29p. They would have done some serious research into BOD , resources etc before investing and concluding EAU is worth more and therefore worth investing. Another duck that should give us all confidence to hold out till the end. GLA
Glad I had no stop loss on my shares. Slept well last night even though went to bed nursing a £60k paper loss. l decided to sell my one of my other shares this morning which have been stuck in a narrow range for a few months now. Managed to get EAU, 1st lot 50k@27p, then 40K@24.7 and 30K@24.3. Generally pleased. A further few penny rise should recover most of my paper loss. As I discussed with my family, who are also invested yesterday, nothing has changed from beginning of the week to now. The ducks are all well behaved and lined up in the same orderly manner to receive Tilly's ship at shore and point all to the treasure chest. GLA
This company has got under my skin. Been looking at it since Dec when it was low 2p. Paul Johnson buying of shares. Lots of projects covering a wide range of metals. Haven't seen this in other explorers. Probability much increased of one coming through to propel share price looks very likely. There button pressed, 250,000 bought this morning, I'm in invested now. I held Highland Gold for a few years and was happy with the dividends and a nice payout from takeover last month. It was a steady ship giving me exposure to gold with a nice 8% dividend. I sold out, out of POG after the board room shenanigans , delay to pioneer, uninspiring interim CEO, lowering of production targets. But with this new experienced CEO DA from Highland Gold and KPGM forensic investigation, hopefully a better accounting system implemented, dividends to come soon, and all the bad news that can be reported now reported, all I can see is good news to report from here on now. SP can only go up with the caveat Gold price holds up. So started buying back in yesterday and today. I think SP will stabilize around 32-33p before good news starts rolling in Feb March. Few more updates end Dec\Jan with good BOD appointees , pioneer etc will certainly help the SP edge upwards.
Hi Fleccy,
I am of the same view. Bought at average of down to £1. These are my only portfolio hold and forget shares. When dividend re-starts, there will be a re-rate and a healthy capital gain. I can wait for that into 2021-2022 instead of the pittance interest on cash savings today.
Hi SB4132
Superb. Thank you.
A revenue stream from a working mine which can only grow. I am now more convinced that sale will conclude well before we get to see H2 results. I'll continue to hold as this company is my only exposure to Platinum and Palladium metals.
I thought I might visit past reports. Below in last interim result
West Kytlim
On taking over production from the contractor the Company expedited the approval of the mining development plan and
mining permit which was successfully approved on 30 June 2020. Although the Company had no legal right to produce
prior to 30 June, the preparation works had commenced on the production sites well ahead of receiving the permit to make
sure the Company meets its targets. The Company is now producing 4 PGM* (with rhodium now a significant contributor
to the Company’s metal revenue) and gold, according to the production plan and receives revenue from the refinery on
schedule.
Any have an idea what the production\revenue from might look like from 1 July-31 July?
