In the 60 mill placement.....?

Everyone as no choice but to accept why is that. I'll be saying no . How can a company do 60 mill placement then six months later we accept a bid of 20p a share the people who bought the 185 mill shares will feel robbed and let's have it right deceived...

Shares have been bought at 35p there is 370mill in total how will this get voted through is beyond me... yes sir I just bought a load earlier on in year now I'm willing to sell them at virtually 50 % discount what a bargain.

Shares was purchased at 35p in the recent placing do you think they will be happy with 20p. This placement was done this year and now the same bod want us to accept 20p does that make sense. What as been going on was hytera the one who was interested earlier in year if so did they buy any in the placement. It stinks to high heaven who bought the 185 mill which institutions.... anyone know..

Are just puppets they don't have a clue hence why sepura are in this position before the teltronic deal sepura was doing mighty fine. This deal will not go ahead I cannot see American and British users of sepura products liking Chinese owners...

It's called legalised theft. Any company with bonds steer clear because when they are coming up for full payment the people in know short the company to death like what's happened to gkp and afren so then it's impossible to do anything. Then the bond holders pretty much steal the assets and leave dregs for pi's. The bod never use there common sense and think ho let's do a placement and clear these bonds they always let it run to the death. You think how many times your bod could of done a placement and never.

Don't have enough funds to purchase ast out right but they could maybe do a jv but I doubt it i think bigger players are looking at ast ie mol..... but we wait and see 11 weeks to first gas....

So when the elitests have pretty much taken all the assets from small companies then and only then will you see a rise. It's like a recession. They are brought about to steal assets like homes cars little businesses.

I is this dodgy or what links to assabayev family. Was this company made up to take max away from shareholders at the cheapest possible route for new owners. Why didn't sherbank take control of assets or am I missing something...

That bull sh i tted shareholders and got away with theft. $50 mill on one well when roxi can drill 3 deeps for $25/30 mill makes you wonder....

As bought my shares that's nice of them...

Legalised theft use shareholders money for infrastructure then take the assets..
