There is no dilution if you think 600 mill extra shares is dilution then yes it is but you have to consider instead of 58% of bng we're getting 99%.

808 spudded 2nd of March podcast we were at 2600 mtr According to rns it stated 2750 mtrs to td Podcast he said 2900 mtrs 45 days (17th/2nd) we drilled 57 mtrs per day Continuing at 57 mtrs per day an extra 14 days we would of drilled 800 mtrs 2600 + 800 = 3400 mtrs come on Clive what have we found.... Overdue maybe he's saving it for the agm by that time we could of drilled another deep then again maybe not...

Unless they are still using the drill bit that drilled a5 a6 801. 2900 mtrs on the podcast cast we was 2600 I bet were at td but knowing roxi they don't tell you until they can find an excuse to delay like drilling engineer tripped over a drill string sending is hard hat 2000 mtrs down hole.
