Roxi is also pleased to announce the spudding of well 808, a shallow well on a potentially new structure North of the South Yelemes portion of the BNG Contract area, on which wells 805, 806 & 807 have already been drilled and are producing. The new well is expected to take 2 months to drill. The well is planned for a total depth of 2,750 meters targeting Cretacious, Jurassic and possibly Triassic horizons. The cost of the well is expected to be $2.5 million. This well should be completed by now....news tomorrow or Monday...

News on deeps wells at least one in second quarter. First news on well being drilled then merger news then boom...

A5 was over 105 mtrs of pay zone they had to stop because of intense pressure and the drill wasn't up to it. Meaning that they didn't expect such high pressures. A6 is virtually the same and 801 is another big one but not connected what is there not to like.... I think you need to do a bit more reading then it might sink in...

It hasn't produce any oil but if you understand why it hasn't then you would know. They are delaying as long as they can until we get ffd licence and sell the oil at international prices instead of domestic then you just might get it. We're not going to give the oil away at silly $10 a barrel...

Deep Well 801 As previously reported Deep Well 801, which was drilled to a depth of 5,050 meters, has suffered from blockages caused by excess drilling fluids. Following extensive chemical cleaning the pressure in the well has grown to 240 bar. Our intention is to open the well for testing once the pressure reaches 300 bar. We've been waiting a full year for 300 bar ffs...
