It was Liam Byrne,,and for clumsy you could also say cynical and vindictive, still making a very good living within the Labour Party, I think most politicians of all persuasions are not up to much, and the rest are bloody awful ! Regards Jesse
Hi stokey, your share sums it up nicely, this project cannot be ignored, ticks too many boxes to be overlooked, including votes, regards Jesse
Hi twonko, you are free to put your pension where you like, I've put mine where the sun don't shine......yes that's right....down a mine ! By that o mean all of my rainy day money, happy with the risk profile, I guess we're all different hey. Regards Jesse
Yes to the uninitiated the mind does boggle, I haven't got a clue, you may have to go to the official SM website or their designated engineering company, in Chris we trust :-) regards Jesse
No golfer, I don't think they have, it appeared to be the only deal to be done in order to get stage 1 across the line, why shine a light on a bum deal? What's done is done, regards Jesse
Hi , not sure how much credibility you should give to Brazilian government statements, not sure but I think Brazil's land mass is greater than the USA, pretty sure that they will need a bit more than HM can produce, definitely a big opportunity in Brazil for SXX, and no I don't think you are a de-ramper, regards Jesse
Thanks myo, very informative post, also I think this BOD has great integrity so I am reasonably confident st2 will be 100% debt, regards Jesse
I'm afraid you are right, CF did say that, one way or another i.e. Plan A,B or C it's getting built, but on earlier occasions it's the company's intention to go for all debt, no caveats, said it more than once, we need the government to stand full square behind this project, it would certainly help with the all debt scenario, problem is I think this government is a nest of vipers, regards Jesse
For them that's got the money this could be one of the last buying opportunities, mines gone, all in on this little beauty, very comfortable and waiting patiently ( most of the time ) great BOD great product, BTW I'm all debt no equity for stage 2 why? Because Chris says so, we are lucky to have someone of his calibre running this outfit if he wasn't here then I mightn't be either, top man. Regards. Jesse
Yes myo, more telling to me was the sector we were listed under ... Mining/Infrastructure..I like the sound of that!!! :-). Jesse
Yes you are correct with that assumption SL, the Donald goes where he thinks he can win and of course get most bangs for his buck, Playing to the home crowd, mid term elections on the horizon, if he gets the pastor out of jail it cements his support with the conservative religious sector ( there's a lot of them in America you know). :-) fun and games.... ''twas ever thus". Regards Jesse
Hi myo, I qualified my statement with the caveat " to my mind" , it seems ok to me and not far off the mark , if at all, seemed rational and well balanced, regards Jesse
This stuff has been going on for years, leaves a bad taste in the mouth coming from the FT, I guess some of the big boys are waking up to the fact that when CF said it was a disrupter product he really meant it, I'm not sure they know what to do next, most of them assumed this project wouldn't get off the ground, I think that they are worried and haven't quite worked out their strategy, it's an enormous valuable resource....they have every right to be worried :-). ATB Jesse
Excellent first post, measured, well thought out and factually correct to my mind, thank you, Jesse
I take it you are referring to Leonard Keith, sometimes amusing, but for the most part a contrarian mischief maker, not missed by me, thought it might been a "Viking funeral "by way of his BP shares catching fire, in truth I do miss some of his input, but all things being equal I found him a bit trying, but hey ho, we are all different, thank goodness, I think we may be looking at a whole different game come the end of September, I recall that he did buy into SSX eventually, hope he's held, ATB. Jesse
No , plenty of meat on this particular bone, if you are considering selling at this point in time you don't need a bulletin board , you need a shrink :-) Jesse
Simples !!! :-). Jesse
Binary choice? Nah! Of course it's primarily due to C/B conversions but there's nothing wrong with shining a light on a a piece of shoddy underhand journalism, and yes we have been subjected to worse in the past, but that was then and this is now and I think it's fair to comment on the here and now..... regards. Jesse
Re. 15 lives.. now that's what I would call a really good idea, he and FT would have a consistent reminder of their failed duplicity, "revenge is a dish best served cold" regards Jesse
Me too Mr.dt, all in , know the risks 100%up, don't want unsolicited advice to top slice, whatever I've done it's been done without the benefit of inheriting anything, personally never seen a better prospect for a really comfortable old age and I think I'll have all the answers that I need in the coming months GLA LTH's.
