Well BillyMoore, we are over two and a half hours into a four and a half hour trading afternoon. This rapid move upwards (as foretold by your good-self, is taking it's time. What metrics did you base your forecasting upon?

Regarding the NASDAQ (and I only know the answer to your question because someone answered a similar Q on ADVFN), it it a private trading platform which is essentially for employees (yeah, seems odd doesn't it). So any price changes over there cannot be affected by those not already invested as staff. Also, there is no 'ticker' code - so we're unable to see 'real-time' what is happening.
