Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
Looks like PF has sold his holding for 2.2p. I remember him saying he wouldn’t sell for 2 quid. Looks like we’re in more trouble than we think !! Lol. The "1" code must be the confirmatory RNS too. :-\ Stranger things have happened with this lot in the past, so I’m surprised I’ve still got a sense of humour !!!
6 million USD per year - based on current levels of just 50% of usual/normal passengers flying - plus additional cargo screening opportunities. Hope to be at 100% capacity by 2023. Looking really good !! Will they announce more good news at the imminent AGM ???
Oryx must have been happy with Westminster’s business model as they state on their website:
The investment objective of Oryx is to seek consistently high absolute returns while maintaining a low level of risk, principally through investment in medium and small sized quoted and unquoted companies in the United Kingdom and United States. Target companies typically have strong business models but individually may have factors constraining their performance, which may be addressed through Oryx taking an activist approach as a shareholder.
Interesting to see they will also intervene if anything constrains the company’s performance - hopefully they’ll bring in a new CEO if Peter continues to under deliver !! Lol !
Contrary to what some folk on here say - Pete is no fool. He is clearly aware of long term developments (and the likely impact for our company) at the airport and this is why WSG continue to do the following: "maintaining full employment of our local staff who would have otherwise suffered adversity and supported the local communities where we operate who were undergoing particular hardship with supplies of commodities such as rice, sugar and clean water". Gestures like these make it more difficult for ministers, civil aviation and government to ignore us.
I’m hoping that the company decide never to issue any further RNS’s, as the last dozen or so, (even though all where fairly positive), have caused the S.P. to decline !!
Perhaps what we really need is that at some time soon, the company participates in a share “Buy Back" - maybe then and only then - would we see a fairer S.P. figure.
Less shares in circulation might persuade more folk to hang on to their shares and reduce the "Pump & Dump" that is also killing the S.P. for LTH’s, each time a positive RNS is announced.
To go out to buy lots of loaves of bread. I’m going to make many rounds of toast to spread all that yummy jam on, around lunchtime. I’ve read that dry toast is also a favourite for serving caviar on - so I’m covering all my options !! My advice is for you all to get to Tesco ASAP - before there’s a national bread shortage.
Of out to buy shares in Warburton’s. xxx
Aiming.......this was the last sentence, on the final page, from SP Angel.....
“Expected performance over 12 months: Buy - Expected return of greater than +15%, Hold - Expected return from -15% to +15%, Sell - Expected return”
GLIS GmbH, Westminster’s German subsidiary, has been awarded a contract to supply specialist screening equipment valued at over $100,000 to a sensitive and secure facility within Germany. The contract not only includes the supply of equipment but also implementation and training as part of a turnkey solution and one of the reasons the client chose GLIS as the specialist contractor for this award.
The diligent work carried on this contract award by the GLIS Senior Leadership Team shows the commitment and desire of this Business Unit and its staff to succeed and become a competitive alternative for the supply of technology solutions and managed services both globally and within Central Europe.
GLIS GmbH is a German based but internationally focused security organisation and as part of the Westminster Group is delivering advanced technological security solutions and managed services to clients worldwide.
The most interesting part of this statement is that WSG are receiving "significant" enquiries from non Covid products. Surely the combination of this and Covid related stuff must be bringing massively increased revenue to the coffers ?? Just need Lungi to reopen and BOOM !! Lol
Off out to look into the sky for any Sierra Leone Airways liveried planes !!
Steve, I pointed out the signed contract last Thursday, but was told by Philbatch it wasn’t. I’d read it in the RNS - but some people either can’t read or have their own agenda ?? If you’re unhappy with this share and don’t wish to hang on any further - just sell and if you’re not invested - why come on and gloat at other people’s misfortunes ?? Some folk have been on here for years and invested money when the share price was in the 70’s - 90’s. It speaks volumes about those who come on the bulletin board and take great delight in criticising those who are in that unfortunate position, doesn’t it ??
Feeks....... I see DHC is fairly bullish on Cineworld, gushing that global economies will be opening up and flights resuming. I’ll bet that’s every airport reopening in his/her opinion other than Lungi !! For MikeGP’s benefit......"Boom, Boom". Lol.
