Not sure anyone has spotted that a couple of years ago Qiagen and Myriad entered in to a joint collaboration partnership so we now add CLBX to that group and it is a good fit. Lets see what happens.

I feel that the new team is more dynamic than Andrew was and certainly Ian Griffiths. I have no doubt that this company will eventually be a success.

At a fairly recent AGM when asked at what point the company would be cash flow positive the answer was July 2026 ( on a monthly basis) Now that may or not be the case now but it might explain why the mooted placing is only £6m , also I would not be too quick to assume it will be below nominal value either. But who actually knows?

The clue will be when the short position starts to wind down IMHO.

I have told you all before that in order to raise below nominal value of 10p they need to call an EGM and go through a legal process to change the nominal value. Otherwise the company has to make good the difference between the issue price and nominal value so if a raise at 2p then 8p has to be found to make up the difference.

I am not saying that they will not go through this process but it can't be dome overnight and suddenly it's announced. We will see.

Not sure anyone has spotted the enlarged Board members. Joseph Eid has become a NED previously a scientific advisor, Kim Oreskovic has joined as a board advisor , the same with Klass de boer. Klass we were told about but not the other two.

The website looks more commercial and they have a strong team, dare I say it but this should move on now to better times.

Actually the company have not said anything about a placing. They have said that they will need to raise funds but that can take many forms.

Funny that, no RNS expected when they fall but expect when the rise from stupid share price to a slightly less stupid one.

Yes, I don't think anyone expects CTC's to always be present and as such that is precisely why all patients would benefit from having a simple Blood test to check their status in that respect. Beyond that it's up to the Oncologists to determine treatment.

I think it's been pointed out many times that sadly the majority of cancer patients that die do so from secondary cancers, not primary. Tissue biopsy clearly targets the initial area and patients are treated on that basis. The point is that in order for people to then die from a secondary cancer that has not been picked up until it's too late the seed cells will have travelled via the bloodstream.

So if a patient has no CTC's that's great and go ahead with treating the primary, no problem. But to ignore the chance of spotting , harvesting and studying any CTC's would be clinical negligence in my book.

That's because Governments in this country have no idea how to utilise it's assets. The North Sea is a prime example tax companies to the extent of 78% under the guise of a "windfall" tax ( whatever that is) and NOBODY will operate there. Where was the government when Oil dropped to $10 per barrel?

The same with pharma. They only know how to rob and pillage from hard working businesses and people. God forbid they adopt the Norway model or Saudi.

Absolutely no idea, and that's not just this government, they are all the same.

But they are still showing as part of the management team in their current roles. Not sure if that will change, who knows.
