My point is that Shanta sp moved down on the announcement of Q1 results independently of the price of gold. Should move back up on Q2 performance back on track.

Shanta's share price fell on the fall in production and rise in AISC in Q1 and fell on the rise in production and fall in AISC in Q2! The only way is down it seems for this fickle market.

I don't think some investors understand what this stock is, even though it is one of the simplest and most elegant constructs around. It doesn't matter a jot if Yellowcake never bought any more U308. The share price should track the uranium price, simple as that.
Great, another management team has pulled the wool over my eyes. Now I know why the dividend was so measly. All the exploration drilling now looks like a desperate attempt to make up for this reduction in grade.
Within the next few weeks Shanta will report record quarterly profits (and a record cash figure) plus an additional 100,000 plus oz of proven resources (Kenya). Enjoy.
The Fed idea that inflation will go back to about 2% by the end of the year would require all commodity prices to reverse trend immediately and fall steeper than they have risen since April last year. It also requires the dollar to reverse trend against the Yuan and all other currencies and climb back to where it was pre-pandemic. Oh and it assumes no Covid or inflation related supply issues around the rest of the (mostly unvaccinated) world. No way is all that going to happen by the end of the year. Unless the whole debt bubble bursts of course.
A dividend will be announced and paid in April. They will have plenty of cash in the bank by then and forever onwards to sustain a dividend permanently.
So, they have added about 117koz to reserves, which equates to about $100m profit. But the market cap on the news is £180m, a rise of about £9m. This company is worth much more than £180m.
