Looking on the daily we could be optimistic and say we have a double bottom with July (off the back of the last WFT accouncement) and now we will shoot to the moon!!!!!. A plea to the rampers on this board though - stop saying we are worth 40p, 60p unless you intend to live until your 200.....I will be very thankful to see 30p again in the next 6 months. Sentiment is everything and we have zip at the moment.

LIke you Quest I am heavily invested with a similar break even - next time we see 30p I am out....all Karmak's calcs are meaningless when the company is just a zombie.....oil 80 and we are struggling to stay over 20 even with the WFT this does not add up....I know people should not look at teh dialy movements but ENQ is really not helping itself at the moment.

Basic A level economics.....opportunity cost...we will make billions elsewhere and pay less tax....Linda is not stupid...her team will have worked this through and risk assessed it....big finger up your hunt.

Very surprised about the inventories.....hopefully the other macro factors will keep oil buoyant. I am sure we will see BP back at 5 and above soon.

I think OPEC are asleep at the wheel. Not sure anything is settling right now...just going lower on no real news besides a dinky recession.

I wouldn't hold my breath for tomorrow. Hunt crippled the NHS (I have seen this first hand) and he will do the same with the economy. He lacks any understanding of the cyclical nature of oil. Tomorrow is just to show he is listening but will do nothing. Its all ego driven. There should be be some form of competency assessment to run the country and significantly increased accountability with acutal ramifications...yes you get booted out at a GE but by then the damage is done.
