FCEL up 30% today. Sounds like the shorts over here might’ve gotten word of something before the rest of us did. Could be some early info out of the US, maybe an event or move that spooked them into covering early. We will see tomorrow morning Toneman, i've enjoyed the debate. So basically, big investors they might sell now, take a small loss, just to create the liquidity needed to get the shorters out. It clears the downward pressure and sets the stock up for a reset, which they could benefit from later.

It seems a bit far-fetched to suggest that institutions are selling ITM just to rotate into names like PLUG, Ballard, or FuelCell based solely on today's moves. Remember, the 16.5 UT trade was matched by buyers—sales don't happen in a vacuum.

Imo it’s very obvious after todays huge climbs in the US, there is potential for market manipulation, where large players (such as hedge funds or short-sellers) might encourage smaller traders to sell at low prices, allowing them to buy back shares and cover short positions at a bargain.

Imo it’s 100% shorts closing. Fuel cell touched 36% up, wow!

It’s great to see this movement, but it’s also an eye-opener into how corrupt this market can be. A lot of long-term investors get screwed when these scum short the stock, crash the price, and then scoop it up at rock-bottom. Meanwhile, FuelCell is up 32% today—last time it jumped like this in a day was back in 2021. It’s clear that the market’s manipulation can’t hold back the potential for these stocks.

A UT (uncrossing trade) is where the market matches big buy and sell orders during the auction period, balancing everything out at one price. That 16.5 million trade, big on the selling—but what’s interesting is the buying side.

If shorts are closing, they could absolutely be part of that buying, snapping up shares to cover positions. This volume could easily be shorts scrambling to close, especially with the stock moving the way it has been. The fact that buyers stepped in for such a huge amount shows serious demand—someone clearly sees value here.

FuelCell is up 29% and Plug Power 17% as short begin to close out on ITM. Oil majors seem to have pushed the sector as low as possible, but momentum is shifting. Directors are buying shares, and with a team in Germany, major news seems likely before year-end, especially with the 500MW FID approaching. BP and Shell have over 3,000 petrol stations in Germany combined—imagine the potential if Neptune V systems were rolled out across these. The scale would be transformative.

Some of my notes regarding Neptune V—with its 5 MW capacity, it can produce about 2,000 kg of hydrogen per day. This hydrogen can fuel hydrogen vehicles for approximately 200,000 miles a day, assuming the average hydrogen vehicle uses 1 kg of hydrogen for 100 miles.

Now, if you’re comparing it to a typical BP petrol station, which sells around 19,377 litres of fuel per day (with 9,700 litres of diesel and 6,610 litres of petrol), this would translate to about 82,625 miles for petrol and 161,667 miles for diesel.

It’s no coincidence that the Neptune V electrolyser produces exactly the same amount of hydrogen each day as the fuel consumed by a typical BP garage.

I believe Siemens Energy has around 380 MW of electrolyser projects in Germany, including the 280 MW Clean Hydrogen Coastline project in Emden and the 100 MW Hamburg Green Hydrogen Hub.

As for ITM, you’re never going to hear about big deals in progress without them issuing an RNS. That being said, there’s always room to read between the lines. Personally, I like keeping tabs on Dennis’ likes and comments—it’s a good way to stay ahead of the game.
