Older and Wiser,
Perhaps this real life example will relate:
We are seed inv for a business, which is currently in planning. Second round funding will be held IF planning is granted for it to go ahead. All the funding for the second round is waiting, from II's and UHNW's .... they will be buying in at 4-5x what we have at seed.... they know this, and are happy to pay 4-5x more for the certainty.
II's can have confidence in management product and market, and don't mind paying more, but they need insurance in place. It is a case of waiting.... and hoping permission comes ;) !!
Best wishes.
Some telegram chat regarding an incoming placing seems to be pointed to for the aggressive drop this morning. Who knows...
I have no idea whether a placing is coming or not, however, should one materialise:
Those who have been with the company for some time will likely remember that WBI applied for a 35000 Ha project for carbon sequestration. Paul Dolan said that it requires 70m over a 10-15 year period and would be done with an equity partner, unless Woodbois decide to fund it themselves.
IF something comes, I would hope for it to be related to the Carbon Capture side of the business... in which case, it would be immensely good news.
Because someone has an order in and its been being filled since August.
Yes - 1ml was a buy
They're not shorting. They put their clients into LSAI in the placing. ;)
Hey Tthingsxsd - Uskmouth should deliver approx £100m EBITDA.... so likely a severe re-rate [considering current mcap] if planning comes. - Then there is its use as a blueprint for conversions around the globe....
But DYOR and see what you think!
Have a sunbed and chill out.
Hi David,
Sorry to hear about your skin - I know what it's like and spent two years in hiding when this happened to me - but It went all over my body. Hideous.
Anyway... if you haven't already - take a look at Dr Jart Cicapair cream [and the serum, which isn't a serum], once its getting better then move on to their Dr Jart Ceramidin creams.
TBH these make the skin look better, but ultimately the thing that fixed my issues was weekly sunbeds for 3 months and vitamin D supplements....and chilling out - stress was definitely linked to it.
All the best.
Just to calm nerves that might get overexcited/or indeed under-excited next week.
The snapshot post in the tweet alludes to AVCT being a bidder... and sets the date as 11th Dec [though not a certain date as said in the message - simply a date that had to be inserted].
So it may be the week after, or slightly longer.
Following that there will be the Stand Still period -
Standstill period “mandatory period between the notification of the intended award of a contract subject to those regulations and the actual award of that contract. The standstill period ends at midnight at the end of the tenth day after sending the notice if the authority sends the notice by electronic means or by fax, or the 15th day after the notice is sent by other means, or the tenth day after the date on which the last supplier receives it, whichever occurs first.”
So if you're here for the bid notice - it could take longer than you think, which ought not to cause alarm.
