So after 8 years of being invested and forever optimistic I get the feeling that it's over. Since their last communication total silence. It's been too long and they should have provided an update by now. What ever happened to the other products ? There has not been any real update in years on progress. Ever get the feeling you've been had?
I hope I'm wrong. I really do. But given the track record you can hardly blame me.
This is dropping and will continue to do so because of the time scales and money left in the bank. There is a high risk that dilution is going to happen again before long so anyone buying now is going to lose out.
The fact there has not been a single update on developments on the rest of the pipeline in 2 years goes to show that there is no susbstance here. Tim has stopped doing interviews because he just has nothing to say that anyone will believe. I can see this dropping to 5p in the short term. Its a real shame as I have been here a long time and had great hopes for Lupuzor, I am clutching at straws now and hope that there may be another partnership for the ROW that might mean money up front but thats a long shot.
Its interesting that with the share price so low on the cusp of another ph3 trial that even now there are no Director buys.
It would go some way to give share holder confidence if the Directors (old and new) put their hand in their pocket and bought some shares.
Personally I was hoping to ditch this share today but it didnt rise to my exit price and so I remain locked in.
The reason, in my opinion, is the market simply doesn't trust them. The history of IMM is to release good news andthen go cap in hand to the market with more share dilution to raise enough capital to see them through with the promise of success being just around the corner. Again, if we look at the history of their predicted timelines for announcements and updates it shows high levels of incompetence, and the fact they hide behind Covid for the slippages is outrageous. The Phase one result is not going to be announced in 2-3 months from now. I suspect we will not get any communication on P1 until January at the earliest and it may not be until 2024 until the P3 is completed. With no news forthcoming on the rest of the pipeline this share is going nowhere.
The FDA have looked at the proposal and realised it is heavily weighted towards the positives that came out of the last p3. They are not stupid. Therefore when it says the FDA will agree means that they will agree the terms of the next p3 and then it's up to avion as to whether to proceed on those terms. If they think it's then unlikely to pass or adds significant costs then they are out. This is not the good news everyone seems to think it is. Just my opinion.
I haven't sold and bought significant amounts at the 13p level to average down. Foolish but I don't think anyone expected us to be where we are. Frustrated by the arrogance and lack of any developments to mitigate the drop. The true state of the business has been laid bare and when you look back on the interviews Tim held they now look desperate. I will be selling my entire lot if I am able to if there is any rise from here. They will be diluting again soon.
Getting a bad feeling here. Hope I'm wrong but the total lack of updates on any of the pipeline makes me wonder if they are holding news back in case they need to release it to mitigate a total share price collapse if we get a no from the FDA. Either way this is a turd.
It has now been 16 months of no significant news.
Tim has overseen the complete destruction of value for any long term shareholders. He refused to partner with a third party on the p3 trial which failed.
Then he decided that it would be a good idea to partner for the next p3 crashing the share price to white we see it today.
There had been NO news on any of the other supposed developments within the business despite constant reassurance news would be flowing.
In another business he would have been booted long ago but for some strange reason he is left to oversee the failure of imm. But then again he has a track record of overseeing failures and I'm afraid that this will be added to his resume of failure.
