OT, I continue to hold with hope but with eyes wide open to the numbers and to the harder realities of this rising to levels we have previously seen. I'm one who prefers RNSs with confirmed numbers ahead of imbibing delusional rumours, like yourself, I believe. I'm very thankfully that I have a diversified portfolio, so I'm not crushed by my current big (unrealised) losses on EXR. Let us see what news and actual contracts the autumn may bring.

The volume being trading is peanuts and at a pitiful price. The business needs much much more than rumours of a major contract to justify the salaries of the CEO, COO and CFO. Sp of sub-1p...how far EXR has fallen despite effusive claims of being a leader in the metaverse space. Revenue growth, contract delivery and growing profitable propositions don't stack-up and the BOD are not facing that. Let us see what gives

9% yield compounded means the initial investment value doubles in 8 years. Beats the performance of many actively managed funds and indices but lags the best star-performers. For me, LGEN is a hold within a wider portfolio.

In theory, this company looks like it has promise but the hard reality is poor revenue performance, appalling sp performance and unacceptable pay-levels for CEO ( and his wife?)

You would have thought what the CEO said would be a busy period would have resulted in a couple of RNSs updating the market and investors. No RNS since March!!!

PD101, there has not been a single RNS since March. For some "no news is good news" but I don't subscribe to that view. No-one interested in the least about the results from the Liontown soil samples from KVP?

Given the revenue levels (and the share price performance in the past few years), I think those salary-levels are outlandish.

Clear signs that continue to innovate in a thoughtful way and build strong business relationships. Looking forward to the European sides of the business growing, even if lots of focus on US and cybersecurity stuff.

Is it too greedy to expect a lower entry price even as one hopes that the price in the next year will be markedly higher and the dividend level sustained?

Can't disagree with a word of your analysis. I would only say the raise is absolutely going to be under 0.5p. Glad I sold out when I did despite being chastised for being "disgruntled" for questioning both the BOD and the silly ramping done by some here. Shocking juxtaposition between annual revenue and CEO pay. Not sure if and when I could be tempted to re-enter MIRI - looks financially moribund to me. GLA.

Notrex, seek and you shall find. Lots of companies doing well earnings-wise despite and sometimes because of bending into ESG and better risk-management on these things. People are different - some care and some don't care how they make money. Good luck with your investments.
