I would be surprised if contract amounts are sizeable or on multiple year terms. Just doesn't seem like EXR has any dominant pricing power. Maybe when demand grows on it from many big potential clients, that may change. To be honest, I'm half-hoping for the outside chance that a very big player makes an generous offer for EXR
They have been silent on so many things, so it would be good to get a keen sense of where they have come out on costs and on converting interests and initiatives ( like with BASF) into hard contracts on attractive terms
The final results were a good read. The line that jumped out to me was "Further funding will be needed to ensure that the exploration and evaluation activities can continue, and the project continues towards reaching its ultimate potential." At some point, post-updated JORC of Coffey and before they move on to another site, I think they will have to start talking about what the accelerator aspect of their business proposition means in substance.
