H50 - thanks for the heads up, I wouldn’t normally be an advocate for TW but for 99p the podcast is well worth a listen.

CE- it’s approximately and hour long interview with CB (the bit that was relevant to me) discussing the industry widely and then focussing in on CB’s various companies- I only listened to the XTR section and industry section as I was a little pressed for time this morning.

The whole interview was pretty positive, Tom doesn’t hold back with a cutting summary of previous company errors which CB takes on the chin, but once the interview has gone over past mistakes it moves on and looks forward - lots of interesting numbers being discussed, Tom actually does a really good job of being direct and getting answers re the potential routes CB is likely to take and how they COULD be financed, I liked what I heard.

Re information, nothing solid & new per se as of course everything is still being decided, but there were plenty of hypotheticals discussed with varying degrees of excitement, definitely gives a good look into the mind of CB re XTR.

All i’d say is if you’re an XTR head, give it a listen, it’s 99p.

It’s given me a lot more confidence in what is going on here, and the numbers discussed in the interview really make the current MCap (even though we’ve shot up recenty) look hilarious (IMO) as TW gets to the bottom of a where revenues/profits are likely to be and the timescales with which they’ll likely be achieved.

All I can say is I like what I’m hearing.

That is of course your prerogative, it’s your money... my view is that the SP will be multiples of today’s price in the next 3-12 months, i’d prefer to hold for what I think will be massive gains.

The last week or so’s performance shows how quick this can move..... we did nearly 100% on nothing really other than people realising this is hugely undervalued..

@doochi44 - if it makes you feel any better about that 'long way' you feel like you have to go -
A 5p average would require the market cap to hit just under £23m.. hardly unobtainable considering the projects we're ploughing ahead with.

Q1 2020 alluvial results should be any day now...
We're also expecting a detailed hard rock report but still waiting on that one - due to....?

Not 100% sure but aren't they an asset management company?

...by that I mean that the 14.2% of company shares they 'hold' (shown here: https://xtractresources.com/shareholders/ ) are held on behalf of individuals who have their investments managed by Sanderson - hence, no holding notices if each individual holds less than 3% and is selling bits and pieces - possibly until the new status quo is reached?. (like I said, not 100% certain on how that works in terms of group holdings legally having to TR1 within certain time frames if the situation is still changing..)

Much like HSBC don't directly hold 3.69% ... a fair chunk of them are mine ;)

For balance, LW, and just so you don’t think I’m always interested in slamming your opinion, I actually agree with you re self imposed deadlines, i’m willing to accept that CB made that statement re a deadline prior to recent worldwide events really kicking off and so perhaps things are taking a little longer to work out - but to release other news with no mention of the news we were advised to expect is a strange move...

- c’mon LittleWing, you’re a little long in the tooth for statements like that aren’t you?

What do you think would happen if someone started accumulating large amounts of shares to takeover the company - that’s right, the share price would go up based on demand and hence the market cap would too.

They absolutely could not “pick up the whole of Xtr” on the open market for less than $20m as “picking up” all those shares would cause the share price to sky rocket.

Not exactly 'doom and gloom' as you put it..
A) We're being advised its unlikely they'll be awarded it.
B) An amount in excess of the claim is being held in a separate bank account - IF they are awarded it.
C) We'll be making significantly more from the alluvial project quarter to quarter a result of not being tied to Nexus (assuming results follow the current trend)

Failing to see the downside here...
